Mar 27, 2016 Apps won't download/install in Microsoft Store Windows 10. The apps sit in the queue and do not download/install. The pause button is greyed out and non functioning. The blue Check For Updates button just spins in a thinking mode when pushed and does not accomplish anything. Yes, I have done the msreset MANY times. Why the install now option is greyed out for Windows Updates (Surface Pro 4). It appears as though there's a GPO blocking that button. I ran Windows Update with a non-admin account on a few clients in the office and I was able to install the updates without any issues with a simple Domain User account.
