My answer was better. When you need a solve for your problem you must explain your problem in every aspect. You even didn't post a copy/paste to that error. I had errors in print preview and almost all the time were because some Microsoft office 'experts'were using 'ghost' areas on paper.Usually you have margins left, right,top,bottom with standard values from 1' to 1.5'. You use a letter or a4 paper with normal values. Those 'experts' are using normal papers but with abnormal printable areas.
That's why I suggested to change the printable area to match some values.It was a suggestion made by a blinded IT guy because your infos were almost 0. I wanted first to post just for clarifications.
